5th Floor CTE & 2nd Floor Room 215

Scope:
The Career Technical Education Program Laboratory will be located on the 5th floor alongside flexible spaces able to accommodate future instructional needs. The second floor area tenant improvements for will convert Testing Room 215 into three new offices to be used by the Student Success and Support Program (SSSP) Counseling.

Status:
Interlog Construction has finished construction work on the 5th Floor CTE laboratory and 2nd Floor counseling offices. Furniture, fixtures, and equipment were installed in the 5th Floor lab in September 2019 in preparation for Fall semester classes. A Notice of Completion was submitted to the Board of Trustees in December 2018. The Division of the State Architect has issued a Certification of Compliance letter marking the fulfillment of all requirements by DSA and adherence to project construction drawings and specifications. This project has been completely closed out.
