Q1 2024 Project Update

New Maintenance & Operations Building

The Design Team is completing a deferred submittal to DSA. Upon completion in the upcoming weeks, the finalized submittal will be sent to the State agency for review and approval. A commissioning kickoff meeting was scheduled by the Design-Builder for the middle of March 2024.

Site dewatering following the severe storms in mid-February and subsequent showers were underway. The Campus Project Team addressed an existing gas line present in the vicinity of the project site that was relocated in mid-March. The building pad will be certified upon completion of this activity. Work proceeded on the elevator pit and excavations in mid-March.
