Project Overview
The New Maintenance and Operations (M&O) Building will centralize all services into a single building located on the Main Campus. The building will include trade-specific workshops for maintenance, grounds, facilities, and custodial personnel while improving response time and efficiencies by locating the building on the Main Campus adjacent to the central plant.

Q2 2026 Project Update
New Maintenance & Operations Building
March - June
Change Order No. 2 has been presented to the Board of Trustees and was approved at the second meeting in March. With this infusion, the remaining items including the uninterrupted power supply to automatically opening doors will be installed to allow the project to come to a conclusion.
