Q2 2026 Project Update
New Maintenance & Operations Building
March - June
Amendment No. 3 comprising of Change Order Nos. 2 and 3, was presented to the Board of Trustees along with a Notice of Completion in late March. The Design Builder, BN Builders, is addressing the remaining final items, including an uninterrupted power supply required by the DSA Field Engineer to enable emergency power for the continued use of the building’s automated doors during an electrical outage.
The items were ordered and installed in the last week of April. The projects will be reviewed by the Inspector of Record and signed off if the projects meet the requirements of completion. DSA certification is expected to be achieved upon the conclusion of Inspector of Record review, marking the conclusion of the projects.
