The New Maintenance and Operations (M&O) Building will centralize all services into a single building located on the Main Campus. The building will include trade-specific workshops for maintenance, grounds, facilities, and custodial personnel while improving response time and efficiencies by locating the building on the Main Campus adjacent to the central plant.

Q3 2026 Project Update
New Maintenance & Operations Building
July - August
At this time, the project is in the final stages of financial close-out. the building was certified by DSA on August 4.Final items requested by the Building User Group are being addressed. This includes the replacement of the doors at the building's entry and second floor offices to imporve overall security for building users.
