Q2 2026 Project Update

March 

The project is pending comments from the California Geological Survey. RW has reached out to the State agency to request updates and a response to the report submitted.

April -June

The project achieved a positive agreement from the California Geological Survey based on the submitted soils report. Shortly after, the Campus Project Team achieved DSA approval of the 100 percent Construction Documents. Bidding is anticipated to start in May for general contractor selection. A bid announcement is anticipated to be released in early June followed by a mandatory job walk in late June. Bids are expected to be due  by late July. A Board Agenda Item is expected to be presented to the Board of Trustees for its considation in the following month. Construction is expected to start in September.
