Restore East Parking Lot - Project Site
Q2 2026 Project Update
March - June
Since February, crews poured concrete curbs and resolved the electrical work to provide power for lighting poles upon their installation. After completing form-work for the light pole foundations, the parking area was leveled, and an aggregate rock base was set before asphalt paving took place at the end of March. Temporary markings outlined the future parking spaces on the cured asphalt, with final striping planned after the application of sealant to the site in the coming months.
Minor repairs including irrigation line repairs and electrical panel work for EV chargers were addressed. Truncated domes and signs were installed, and benches were placed around the site. The electrical charging stations and other finishing tasks are scheduled once the items arrive. The project achieved substantial completion on April 10, and financial and document close-out is now underway. A Board Agenda Item for a Notice of Completion is planned to be presented to the Board of Trustees in the coming weeks once all work concludes and project close-out is achieved.
