New signage will be installed on the building’s exterior to update the existing marquee signage located off Romneya Drive and the signage above the canopy at the Tower’s main entrance points. On the interior, directory and directional signage is planned to be updated next to elevators at each floor.

Q1 2026 Project Update

Develop Interior and Exterior Signage

January - February

In December, Architect of Record, PBK Architects, approved all signage drawings; the drawings were then sent for fabrication.
Meanwhile, crews from installer, KYA Group, began forming the concrete base that will hold each type of sign. The process began with wooden molds, reinforcement bar placement, followed by concrete pouring and curing. Once dry, the molds were removed and the bases are now ready for signage installation once they arrive on site. Signage installation is anticipated to take approximately two days.
The exterior signage scope of work is anticipated to conclude in early March 2026.
Work on the interior signage is anticipated to resume later this year.

The exterior signage scope of work concluded in early March 2026. The Campus Project Team is working with KYA Group to address minor scope of work improvements that may be addressed by a change order in the coming months.

The Campus Project Team is assessing interior signage recommendations presented by the Design Team based on the potential budget available to complete this portion of the project.
