New signage will be installed on the building’s exterior to update the existing marquee signage located off Romneya Drive and the signage above the canopy at the Tower’s main entrance points. On the interior, directory and directional signage is planned to be updated next to elevators at each floor.

Q3 2026 Project Update

Develop Interior and Exterior Signage

July 

The exterior signage scope of work has been completed. The Notice of Completion was approved by the Board of Trustees on June 23 with the document later filed with the County Clerk – Registrar in mid-July. The retention release will be made to installer, KYA Group by mid-August. The Campus Project Team is in the process of closing out the contract and achieving DSA Certification.

On the Interior Signage scope of work, the Campus Project Team and Architect of Record finalized the design with the Building User Group that involved minor color and signage changes. The agreement with KYA Group was presented to the Board of Trustees on July 28. Having received Board approval, the Notice to Proceed with Construction will be issued to the installer on August 17 after which, fabrication of the signage will begin.
