Develop Interior and Exterior Signage
July
A portion of the exterior signage has been completed. This includes the new marquee at the main drive aisle, branding signage along the north-facing wall, and the NOCE letters on the two canopies at the upper and lower levels of the building.
August
A meeting took place on August 22 with Campus Leadership and the District to assess funding availability for the interior portion of the project. Additionally, priorities for the interior signage scope of work was assessed prior to proceeding with implementation.
A cost estimate is under development by KYA Group, Inc. for the remaining exterior scope of work. Once the estimate is received, the Campus Project Team will review it prior to initiating the bidding process, which is anticipated to begin at the end of the third quarter.
