New signage will be installed on the building’s exterior to update the existing marquee signage located off Romneya Drive and the signage above the canopy at the Tower’s main entrance points. On the interior, directory and directional signage is planned to be updated next to elevators at each floor.

Q2 2025 Project Update
Develop Interior and Exterior Signage
April
Crews completed installation activities for the exterior decorative metal panels. The existing marquee was removed and footing excavation scheduled for mid-April. Fabrication of the letters is anticipated to conclude in early June. The NOCE lettering on the north-facing wall is scheduled to be completed the final week of May and installation will begin upon its delivery.
May
Excavation of the footings to make way for the new marquee signage began in late May. Reinforcement bar cages were delivered on site and later set in place to begin the process of establishing the footings for the new marquee. Concrete will be poured for the marquee foundation on May 28. Installation of the new marquee footing and frame are planned to start on June 3.
Fabrication of the marquee signage letters has been completed and installation began in the week of May 26.
Fabrication of the NOCE lettering on the north-facing wall has been completed and installation was completed over the third week of May. Electrical activities followed to light the letters.
