New signage will be installed on the building’s exterior to update the existing marquee signage located off Romneya Drive and the signage above the canopy at the Tower’s main entrance points. On the interior, directory and directional signage is planned to be updated next to elevators at each floor.

Develop Interior and Exterior Signage

The exterior signage work is complete. The Notice of Completion was filed with the County Clerk-Recorder in mid-July, kicking off the 30-day time-period to release the final retention to KYA Group by mid-August. The Campus Project Team is finalizing contract closeout and pursuing DSA certification.

For the interior signage scope of work, the Campus Project Team and Architect of Record finalized the design with the Building User Group, incorporating minor color revisions to align the future signage with campus branding. Following Board approval, the KYA Group provided the necessary contractual docuiments allowing the District to execute the contract. A Notice to Proceed with Construction was later issued on September 9, after which, the installer started the process for signage procurement and fabrication.
