Project Overview

The existing 1969, 66,765-square-foot building will undergo a complete renovation including upgrades to address seismic, accessibility, programmatic, and fire life safety needs.  Upon completion, the following fine arts programs will be housed within the building: Art (Painting, Drawing, Sculpture, Ceramics, 3D Art, and Jewelry making); Photography; Music; Media and Communications; Recital Hall; Galleries; gathering spaces, and associated support spaces.  The renovation will fully replace all mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and plumbing systems.  The programmatic spaces will receive state-of-the-art theatrical, acoustical, and audio-visual upgrades.
