Q3 2025 Project Update
Outdoor Patio Remodel
July
The project has been completed. Per the Division of State Architect Field Engineer, a small curb was addressed to meet the State requirements. The space is now open for use; students have been observed working on homework in the area.
August
The Campus Project Team is anticipated to make a recommendation for Change Order No. 1 for the remaining unused allowance balance for the Board of Trustees’ consideration. A Notice of Completion will also be presented to the Board at the same meeting to trigger the final steps of the close-out process.
