Q2 2025 Project Update

Outdoor Patio Remodel

The canopy steel post and overhead shade system have been installed; the contractor began installation of the sheet metal panels in March. Additionally, grading for the concrete pour completed. Relocation of the underground fire line concluded by the end of March.

The base was installed and compacted prior to the start of concrete footing pours. The metal railings were prepared for painting. Flat work will follow the conclusion of painting activities.

Electricians were on-site to run conduits for the lighting, data, and power for the fans. Fabrication for the translucent panels is scheduled to be completed in the week of May 5. Furniture has been ordered for the dais, the resource table, and fixed seating. Their arrival is expected by the end of May. Installation is estimated to take four to five days to complete.

Substantial completion is now tracking for early June but is dependent on the installation of the translucent panels.

The shade structure base was installed and compacted prior to the start of concrete footing pours. The metal railings were prepared for painting. Electricians were on-site to run conduits for the lighting, data, and power for the fans.

Slab on grade concrete pours took place on May 9 and 16 to complete the flooring work. Painting activities will begin upon its conclusion.

Furniture for the site including tables were  delivered and installed the end of May.

Fabrication for the translucent panels has been completed and is expected to be installed in the third week of May. Substantial completion is now tracking for June.
