Q4 2024 Project Update
Outdoor Patio Remodel
The existing patio was demolished over a three-day period. The contractor salvaged some tables, chairs, and umbrellas that will be placed in the temporary swing space in the east parking lot. An area of concern involves a long lead time for the canopy, known as the Kalwall translucent panel system, which will take one and a half months longer than expected to complete fabrication and delivery. The project will now end in June 2025 to accommodate this change.
