This project will restore the East Parking Lot to its original use after dismantling the temporary classrooms that were in operation for the duration of the Anaheim Tower First Floor/Life Safety Renovation project.

Q4 2025 Project Update

The previously submitted Construction Documents (CDs) remained under review in early September. The Design Team addressed the back-check comments provided by DSA. Subsequently, DSA approval was granted, permitting the commencement of the bidding phase for the selection of a general contractor.

In collaboration with the District, the Campus Project Team prepared and electronically issued the bid announcement on October 13. All proposals are to be submitted by Monday, November 10. Following the evaluation process, the Campus Project Team opted to work with PaveWest for their general contracting services after receiving approval from the Board of Trustees on December 16. The District then executed PaveWest's contract. A Notice to Proceed with Construction was issued to the general contractor on January 6, 2026. The general contractor has started mobilization activities.
