The Design Team is addressing the Construction Documents (CDs) and are expected to achieve 95 percent CDs July 18. A DSA submittal is expected to be made to the state architect agency in the coming weeks.
August
The Design Team began developing the Construction Documents (CDs) that were finalized and submitted to the Campus Project Team for its review. The finalized submittal was made to DSA on July 24 for its review and approval. Upon the conclusion of these activities, the project will enter the bidding phase, allowing for the start of the general contractor selection process.
