The previously submitted Construction Documents (CDs) remained under review in early September. The Design Team addressed the back-check comments provided by DSA. Subsequently, DSA approval was granted, permitting the commencement of the bidding phase for the selection of a general contractor.
In collaboration with the District, the Campus Project Team prepared and electronically issued the bid announcement on October 13. All proposals are to be submitted by Monday, November 10. Following the evaluation process, the Campus Project Team will present the recommended contractor as a Board Agenda Item for consideration and approval by the Board of Trustees at the December meeting.
