Restore East Parking Lot - Project Site
Q1 2025 Project Update
· This project has been activated to restore the East Parking Lot to its original use after dismantling the modular buildings that formed the Swing Space - Interim Housing. The Campus Project Team presented a Board Agenda Item to the Board of Trustees to enter into a contract with PBK Architects for project architectural services. The firm was approved by the Board of Trustees and the contract was executed by the District. An initial meeting took place between the Campus Project Team and Architect of Record to start planning the project. Later, on February 18, the Campus Project Team, Architect of Record, and Building User Group met to assess options for the parking lot. Follow up meetings are planned to continue the discussion in the coming weeks.
