This project will restore the East Parking Lot to its original use after dismantling the temporary classrooms that were in operation for the duration of the Anaheim Tower First Floor/Life Safety Renovation project.

Construction has concluded on this project. PaveWest is addressing concrete repairs and power-washing the parking lot as part of punch-list activities. Minor improvements are also underway at the east entrance of the Anaheim Campus Tower to facilitate access and use of the East Parking Lot while the Exterior Green Community Space Enhancement is underway. The reopening of the parking lot is anticipated to take place in the second week of August. Financial and document close-out is progressing along with the process for achieving DSA certification.
