As the project nears final completion, PaveWest addressed concrete repairs at the electrical vehicle panels. By early August, minor improvements were made at the Anaheim Tower’s east entrance to support access to the East Parking Lot while the Exterior Green Community Space Enhancement project proceeds. The parking lot reopened in the second week of August.
The Notice of Completion was filed with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder triggering the countdown to release the final retention to PaveWest. Once financial and document close-out is completed, and certified by DSA, the project will be complete.
