Restore East Parking Lot - Project Site
Q2 2026 Project Update
April - June
At the end of March, after completing the formwork for the light pole foundations, the parking area was leveled and an aggregate rock base was laid before asphalt paving took place. Temporary markings outlined the future parking spaces on the cured asphalt, with final striping planned after the application of sealant to the site in the coming months.
Minor repairs to the irrigation line and electrical panels for the EV charging stations were addressed. Truncated domes and signs were installed, and benches were placed around the site. The project achieved substantial completion on April 10, and financial and document close-out is now underway. The electrical charging stations arrived and were installed by the end of May. The stations were energized and light poles were set in place in early June. Final punch-list items are being addressed.
A Board Agenda Item for a Notice of Completion is planned to be presented to the Board of Trustees in July once all work concludes and project close-out is achieved.
