Restore East Parking Lot - Project Site
Q3 2026 Project Update
July - August
Construction has concluded on this project. PaveWest addressing concrete repairs at the parking lot as part of punch-list activities. Minor improvements were carried out at the east entrance of the Anaheim Campus Tower to facilitate access and use of the East Parking Lot while the Exterior Green Community Space Enhancement is underway. The parking lot reopened in the second week of August. At the August Board of Trustees' meeting, deductive change order for approximately $35K and a Notice of Completion was presented for the body's consideration. With the approval of both items, the final steps of close-out are underway.
