Project Overview

Prior to the start of the Anaheim Tower First Floor Life/Safety Renovation project, involving repairs due to water intrusion at the upper deck parking lot, most first-floor activities were relocated to temporary classrooms and facilities located at the East Parking Lot of the Anaheim-NOCE Campus. Approximately 14 new temporary modular buildings were procured for NOCE's ongoing instruction and administrative activities. Relocation activities ensued from the Euclid Center, Building B, and Swin Space — Interim Housing in  phases between May and August 2025, followed by the temporary modulars' dismantlement.
