Q2 2025 Project Update

Swing Space Projects / Interim Housing

April - June

MAAS Companies, Inc., in coordination with the Campus Project Team, is facilitating the phased return of faculty and personnel to the Anaheim Tower. This includes relocations from the Euclid Center, the Print Shop at Building B, and Swing Space — Interim Housing. Most personnel from the modular buildings moved back in late May, with the remaining faculty, staff, and furniture scheduled to return in August. Personnel from the Euclid Center resumed occupancy on June 6, while the Printing Department transitioned in mid-June.

Starting in August, the modular buildings will be disconnected and dismantled to allow for Mobile Modular to remove the temporary structures from the project site.
