The Swing Space - M&O will serve as a temporary parking lot for Maintenance and Operations carts for the duration of construction. Approximately 12 temporary parking spots will be made available for department vehicles as the current parking stalls are located within the future footprint of the new M&O Building.

The dismantlement of this project were performed over the summer. Financial close-out is in progress. Any remaining savings is anticipated to be transferred to support the progress of existing and future projects.
