The Swing Space - M&O will serve as a temporary parking lot for Maintenance and Operations carts for the duration of construction. Approximately 12 temporary parking spots will be made available for department vehicles as the current parking stalls are located within the future footprint of the new M&O Building.

Campus Leadership successfully held a grand opening ceremony on September 19 that was well attended by students, faculty, staff, the public, and local stakeholders.
Close-out activities are progressing as planned, including the compilation of as-built drawings, submittals, warranties, and manuals. A Board Agenda Item is anticipated to be presented to the Board of Trustees for the Notice Completion in early Q1 2026; its approval will mark the conclusion of the project.
